In a perfect world, we could eat what we liked, live how we wanted, and never have a hair out of place. Unfortunately, we don’t live in a perfect world, and our bodies won’t allow us to live such an irresponsible life.
Gluten-free bread, naturally fermented bread, vegan bread, whole millet / grain-based bread, are some products that I have been experimenting with. For now, here is an easy recipe of a ‘Health Bar’, for you to try at home.
Puffed Quinoa: 400 gm
Almonds: 120 gm
Dates: 200 gm
Mix seeds (Chia, Flax, Pumpkin): 80 gm
Honey: 60 gm
Brown Sugar: 120 gm
Butter: 120 gm
Process: Melt the butter, brown sugar and honey, and mix with the dry ingredients.
Bake at 160 for 10-12 minutes in a baking tray.
