Pagdandi Bookstore Cafe will be hosting a film screening of the award-winning documentary ‘Saxtticho Koddo’ on 23rd March, 5.30pm.
The film is an ethnographic gem that documents the lives of the rice farmers of Curtorim, Goa and how our relationship with the land shapes our society and identity. Come, for a delicious glimpse of Goa, away from the party hotspots and beaches, to the lush paddy fields of Salcette!
The screening will be followed by a Q & A with the film’s Director Vince Costa, moderated by Pagdandi local Shayoni Mehta.
